Denny is a member of The Tax Committee of the SC Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Business and Industry Political Education Committee and the Palmetto Policy Foundation. He serves on the Board of Access Opportunity, a non-profit that supports the state’s program for scholarships for exceptional needs students.
Denny remains active in political affairs having served on the South Carolina Presidential Primary Task Force and as a delegate to multiple Republican National Conventions.
