John Hagood

Will Fuller

Prior to joining Capitol Resources, Will established his own consulting firm which provided general strategy, communications, and fundraising services for candidates seeking election to federal, state, and local office. He later expanded his firm’s focus to include contract lobbying and association development to serve corporate clients and other government relations professionals. Will has become known in Montgomery for his ability to manage diverse stakeholders, execute client goals, and navigate all aspects of state government.

Hayden Lasater

Hayden manages the administrative operations of the Alabama office, in addition to assisting with client relationships and governmental affairs engagement. She is a graduate of Troy University where she majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Applied Health Sciences, Global General Business, and Human Services. Prior to joining Capitol Resources, Hayden worked in the External Affairs department of the Alabama Farmers Federation where she assisted with governmental affairs and campaigns. 

Reed Phillips

Reed Phillips joined Capitol Resources by way of BullsEye Public Affairs. He is based in Birmingham and worked nearly ten years at the Alabama Republican Party, running the state party as Executive Director over the last two election cycles. He also gained valuable campaign experience serving as Political Director of the state party prior to that.

Reed played a significant role with the Alabama Republican Party during a time of historic growth and success for the Party and its candidates from 2015-2024. In his service at the Alabama Republican Party, he developed Party strategy and plans, managed daily operations, and worked closely with elected officials and candidates to boost the percentage of elected Republican-held positions in Alabama from 54 percent to 73 percent. He is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.
